The short answer
To host an Action Room, create the room, set the title and tasks, add resources, invite members, and review submissions. The host is the only person who can edit room content.
What the host controls
A host can edit the room title, description, cover photo, milestone tasks and resources. A host can also curate the action list, review member submissions, post broadcast announcements and manage members.
- Title, description and cover
- Milestone tasks
- Resources and guides
- Announcements
- Member management and review
What members can do
Members can view the checklist and resources, submit daily proof, chat and react. They cannot edit or delete room content.
Invite people
Invite connections or copy the invite link. People who join through it enter your shared room. The host's goal converts to group mode when the room is set up, so invitees land in one room.
Keep the group moving
Use the Progress tab to see the member heatmap and completion history. Members are notified of room events, including chat and completed milestones. Post an announcement when something changes. In rooms, the Action agent can also plan daily actions and post updates.
