These Terms explain the rules for using Aksa. They apply to the Aksa apps, website, and services that link to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is processed.
1. About Aksa
Aksa helps you turn Goals into Actions, share Proof, build Streaks, and connect with other people in Action Rooms. Aksa is operated under the name PT Aksa Platform Teknologi. Features vary by device, app version, and availability. A feature description is not a promise that every feature is available to every user.
2. Eligibility and agreement
By using Aksa, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or have the consent of your parent or legal guardian where required. If you are under 18, you must have your parent's or legal guardian's consent to use Aksa. Local age and consent requirements also apply.
A parent or guardian who permits a child to use Aksa should review these Terms and the Privacy Policy with them. Do not misstate your age or use someone else's identity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Do not share passwords or sign-in codes. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, subject to applicable law.
Third-party sign-in services have their own terms. Do not impersonate another person, sell an account, or use an account to evade a safety restriction.
4. Your content and Proof
You keep the rights you own in the content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it, including permission for other people's personal information or images where required.
You grant Aksa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate the service, deliver the features you use, protect users, and meet legal obligations. This includes showing content to the audience selected through the relevant feature and processing input for AI features you choose to use.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Aksa. Deletion, legal retention, and copies held by other people are explained in the Privacy Policy. Check the audience before posting. Public content can be copied or shared outside Aksa.
5. Community rules
Do not use Aksa to:
- Break the law or violate another person's rights.
- Harass, bully, threaten, exploit, or promote violence or hatred.
- Create or distribute child sexual abuse material or otherwise endanger children.
- Submit false Proof, impersonate someone, manipulate Streaks, or use bots or purchased activity to mislead people.
- Send spam, scams, malware, or deceptive payment requests.
- Share private information without a lawful basis or required permission.
- Access accounts, data, or systems without authorization, evade security controls, or disrupt the service.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Exercise care when taking an Action in the real world. Do not put yourself or anyone else at risk to complete an Action or produce Proof.
6. Messages and Action Rooms
Messages and supported attachments are delivered to the conversation's participants. Feature support, delivery status, editing, and deletion can vary by app version and connection. Do not treat a delivery indicator as proof that someone has read a message.
Recipients may save, copy, screenshot, or report content. Removing a message or deleting an account cannot remove copies someone has already saved outside Aksa. Do not use Aksa as the only channel for an emergency.
7. AI and verification
Where available, AI features can offer suggestions for planning an Action. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Check it before relying on it. AI output is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice and does not guarantee a result.
Inputs and relevant context may be processed by AI service providers to provide the feature you request, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive information about another person without the necessary permission.
An AI suggestion is not evidence that you completed an Action. Results depend on the feature, available evidence, and the rules of the Action. If a result seems wrong, contact us.
8. Safety, moderation, and appeals
We may review reports, remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts to address policy violations, fraud, security risks, legal obligations, or harm to others. Where available, use the in-app reporting and blocking controls.
You can contact us to report a problem or ask us to review a moderation decision. Include your username, the relevant content or decision, and why you think it is wrong. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Notice may be limited where disclosure would be unlawful or create a safety or investigation risk.
9. Copyright and other rights
To report an alleged infringement, provide the content URL or identifier, a description of the protected work, your contact details, and information showing your ownership or authority to act. We may request additional information to assess the report and may remove infringing content or restrict repeat offenders as appropriate.
Submitting a false or abusive report can harm others. Only submit a report you believe is accurate.
10. Purchases and subscriptions
Review the purchase-specific terms shown before you buy; applicable law and these Terms also apply.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play use the store's billing, subscription-management, and refund processes. Cancel store subscriptions through the relevant store. Deleting Aksa or your account does not automatically cancel store billing.
For purchases made directly from Aksa, the checkout terms and applicable consumer law govern billing and refunds. Contact us about a billing problem. Nothing in these Terms removes non-waivable consumer rights.
11. Third-party services
Links, sign-in services, app stores, maps, and other integrations can be operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices govern their services. Check those notices before using them. Linking to a service does not make Aksa responsible for that service's availability or decisions.
12. Device permissions and real-world safety
Some Action features need device permissions, such as health, Screen Time, or location access. Review the disclosure and permission request before using the feature. You can manage permissions in your device settings, although this can limit the related feature.
Step counts, timers, check-ins, and other evidence can be incomplete or affected by your device or connection. Do not rely on Aksa for diagnosis, emergency response, navigation safety, or monitoring another person without their permission.
13. Aksa's intellectual property
Aksa's software, brand, design, and other materials belong to Aksa or its licensors. You may use the service as intended under these Terms. This does not give you ownership of Aksa's software or permission to use its brand in a misleading way. Restrictions on copying or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes and ending use
You can stop using Aksa and request account deletion. We may change, limit, or discontinue features, or restrict access for the reasons described in these Terms. We will provide notices or seek consent where required by applicable law.
Material changes may require additional notice or agreement. Changes do not remove rights that applicable law requires us to honor.
15. Availability and responsibility
The service may be interrupted or contain errors. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or completely secure. You remain responsible for your choices, the content you share, and the safety of your Actions.
To the extent permitted by law, Aksa is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that could not reasonably be foreseen. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
16. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Indonesian law, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to address it. Nothing here prevents you from using a court, regulator, or consumer dispute process that applicable law makes available to you.
17. Other terms
These Terms and any purchase-specific terms shown to you describe your agreement for using the relevant service. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in exercising a right does not by itself waive that right.
Mandatory local law may require additional protections or a particular language. Nothing in these Terms removes those protections. A change of operator does not remove applicable duties concerning user information or consumer rights.
