How to See Your Progress Over Time
Progress is easier to keep when you can see it. Learn how heatmaps, momentum charts and a photo calendar show consistency in Aksa.

The short answer
To see progress over time, look at a consistency heatmap, a momentum chart and a calendar of proof. Together they show how often you showed up and whether the trend is going up.
The heatmap
A heatmap shows which days you completed an action. In Aksa action rooms, the Progress tab shows a member heatmap and completion history, so you can see your own pattern and the group's.
The momentum chart
Your profile shows a momentum chart. It helps you see whether you are speeding up or slowing down, which a single day cannot show.
The 3-month photo calendar
The profile also has a 3-month Photo Calendar. It gives you a quarter of your history in one view you can scan at a glance.
- Heatmap: how often
- Momentum chart: which direction
- Photo calendar: three months in one view
Why only verified proof is counted
Aksa states that progress counts only verified proof, never an unverified tap or an AI claim. That keeps the charts honest, so a good-looking month reflects work done.
