The short answer
To share progress safely, share a finished action or proof, not the whole goal or room, and check who can open the link. In Aksa, a shared link never exposes a private goal or room content to someone without access.
What you can share
Aksa has a universal Share Drawer. It supports deep links and claim cards for finished actions. It also has direct links to WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok. Aksa lists richer claim card exports for Stories and TikTok as planned work.
Share an action as a template
A template link lets someone copy your action as their own solo goal without joining your room. They get a clean copy, not your history.
Know your access settings
Solo goals are private. Rooms can be Private, Group or Host mode. Members can view and submit but cannot edit room content, and only the host edits the title, cover, tasks and resources.
- Share the finished claim, not the room
- Use a template link to share the plan
- Check whether the goal is solo or room
- Review who is in the room before inviting
Share the proof you are happy to show
Photo proof can include your surroundings. Look at the photo before you submit it.
