The short answer
To track reps or daily counts, set a target, count as you go, and record the final number. A target gives the count meaning, because it tells you whether the day was a pass.
Step 1: Set a target
Choose a number you can reach on a normal day. Examples from Aksa's own product text are 50 push-ups and 8 glasses of water.
Step 2: Use the counter
Aksa's Counter is a large number stepper with a progress bar and target thresholds. Tap to add as you go and see how close you are.
Step 3: Use device totals where they fit
Counter can optionally read a consented, read-only daily total from Apple Health or Health Connect, such as steps. Aksa treats this as device-reported evidence. Counting by hand remains available but is unverified.
Aksa also states that health evidence is never presented as tamper-proof.
- Target set before the day starts
- Count recorded as you go
- Device total used only with your consent
- Hand counts labeled as unverified
Step 4: Watch the trend
A single day tells you little. The consistency heatmap and the momentum chart on your profile show whether the count holds across weeks.
